This sterling silver or bronze slot style clasp is perfect for a necklace or a bracelet. It is 1.5 by 1 inches in size. The rectangular shape is turned slightly so that it hangs as a diamond shape on any piece it clasps. The clasp is easy to open and close. The style of the clasp is called a slot.
I have used this clasp on both bracelets and necklaces. If you wish to attach multiple strands or terminate the strands together cones work well with this clasp. The loops on the clasp are large enough for wire or cord if you choose.
The design of the clasp makes me want to wear it on the side or front of a necklace. I have also seen designers hang small festoons from the clasp.
